This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including the Author, Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, Bestari Partners (Reviewers), and Publisher. ). This statement is based on the Best Practices Guidelines for COPE Journal Editors.

The publication of articles in the reviewed Nusantara Journal Of Management Business is an important foundation in the development of a coherent and recognized knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the author's work and the institutions that support it. The articles reviewed support and embody the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree on the standards of ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in the act of publishing.
LKP DCI as the publisher of the Nusantara Journal Of Management Business takes the task of safeguarding all stages of publication very seriously and we are aware of our ethics and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints or other commercial revenue does not influence or influence editorial decisions. Furthermore, the DCI LKP and the Editorial Board will assist with communication with other journals and/or publishers, if useful and necessary.
Publication Decisions
The Editor of the Nusantara Journal Of Management Business is responsible for deciding which articles should be published. The Editor of the Nusantara Journal Of Management Business and any editorial staff may not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the Author, Bestari Partners, prospective Bestari Partners, other appropriate Editorial Boards, and the Publisher, as appropriate.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Unpublished material in a submitted manuscript may not be used in the editor's own research without written permission from the author.
Reviewer Duties
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Mitra Bestari assists editors in making editorial decisions and can assist authors in improving the quality of manuscripts through editors.
Speed
Any selected Bestari Partner who feels they do not meet the requirements/interests to review the manuscript or do not have enough time to review it must immediately notify the Editorial Team and withdraw from the review process.
Confidentiality
Any manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document. Manuscripts may not be distributed or discussed with others unless permitted by the Editor.
Objectivity Standards
The review process must be carried out objectively. Personal criticism to and from the Author is inappropriate. Bestari Partners must state their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Source Acknowledgment
Bestari Partners must identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the author. Statements that observations, derivations, or arguments have been previously reported should be accompanied by relevant citations. Reviewers should also state to the editor if there are substantial similarities or overlaps between the manuscript under consideration and other published articles.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Information or ideas obtained in the review process must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers should reject a manuscript if they have a conflict of interest due to a competitive, collaborative, or other association or relationship with any author, company, or institution associated with the manuscript.

Reporting Standards
The author of an original research report must present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of the significance of his or her research. Underlying data must be included accurately in the manuscript. A manuscript must contain enough detail and references so that others can replicate the work. Reporting fraud or knowingly providing inaccurate information is not conduct
